Justin grew up on a small farm in Southwest Missouri, went to the University of Arkansas for undergrad, and received his MBA at John Brown University. Justin loves spending time with his wife and two kids riding bikes, hiking, and skiing.

As a seasoned franchise executive and franchise owner, Chris brings a variety of experiences and roles in entrepreneurship to those he’s fortunate enough to cross paths with. Chris started off college in auto body, transitioned to multi-state franchise ownership, and then to business consulting. He’s filled blue-collar to executive-level roles and loved each of them.
