Our sump pump failed and had water damage in the basement. They were responsive and took great care of us. Each day, they showed up on time and explained everything they were doing. I was overwhelmed by the whole insurance claim process but Leighton from the Northern Colorado office made the whole thing so easy and took care of everything. He worked with me and my insurance and took care of the damage in my home with complete professionalism. Agent on the phone when I called was very helpful and informative. Was able to schedule within a few days which was wonderful. Two cleaning professionals came to clean our carpets and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend spectrum restoration for any carpet cleaning.After the carpet was fully dry the next day, we could see where there was still residue from the application of Carpet Guard. I called them and they sent 2 cleaning professionals that day, and used a carpet scrubber to remove the residue.WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID. CARPET LOOKS LIKE NEW!THANK YO!

I have used various carpet cleaners throughout the years, but when I had Spectrum clean mycarpets for the first time a couple of years ago I knew I would never use anyone else. Every time they clean, it is excellent in every way. The person cleaning has always been polite, professional and thorough. The cleaning agents used on my carpet do such a great job, it looks new again. And the price is right! Okay, it's a little more than the cheapest company out there, but you get so much more with Spectrum. I probably shouldn't say this, but every time Spectrum cleans my carpets, they always throw in some extras, free of charge . Michael, the technician that did the cleaning today, was superb. I don't think I've ever seen anyone clean carpets so thoroughly. And he was so polite and friendly . You could tell he really cared about doing a good job .That is so rare today . Thanks Spectrum!

The whole experience was great and very easy. I scheduled my appointment online. It was incredibly easy, providing all of the packages they offer. I received a confirmation email shortly after booking. Up until the actual appointment, I received a reminder email and a couple of texts telling the service details and the service provider’s name. I was given a two hour arrival window between 2pm and 4pm. At 1:29 I got another text saying the provider was en route and arrived shortly thereafter.I showed the provider the area and he set to work quickly pre-treating spots. The whole process took about an hour and looks great! I’d definitely recommend Spectrum.

I highly recommend you trust Spectrum for your restoration needs. Dealing with water damage is never fun but I can honestly say this company made the clean up from my fridge leak an absolute breeze. I was so relieved to find them after a few other pushy companies had given me estimates. My fridge had leaked into the subfloor and I knew this wasn't a one day job so I was incredibly grateful with how polite and caring Matt was from our first phone call to last, how thorough and patient Fernando was answering all my questions and working with my insurance parameters from day one and how Justin jumped right in and kept things moving when the team was pulled to other projects. My project was probably on the smaller scale in the restoration realm yet I felt like the team treated me as if i were their own family member and my home as if it were their own. They always gave me honest answers, explained processes and expectations clearly, were persistent and extremely patient when my insurance gave us both a run around, communicated with the highest respect, promptly followed up when they said they would and always had clear next steps, etc. I'll definitely be using Spectrum for future routine cleanings. Do yourself a favor and book them.

the service tech was over an hour late (he did notify me), he was not dressed professionally. The time he spent took longer than he told us in cleaning the carpets. I think he used too much water because in many areas the carpet did not dry in 6 hrs and in fact were still very damp 24 hours later.

Spectrum did our whole house spring carpet cleaning today. They were running late owing to a situation which was not their fault at all. They called and let us know what their new ETA was. We have a lot of pets and a cat that pees in a particular closet if she can sneak in there. This is a smell that is nearly impossible to remove and we did not have high hopes. We had done the carpets in fall with a dry method that turned out to be a waste of money. Their cleaning was very thorough and far superior. To my absolute surprise they were able to get the cat smell out of the closet. I found a couple weird spots after they were gone and the technician was back out as fast as he could get here. We never determined what the spots were from but they came out immediately with a clean dry towel and the technician even offered to hook up his hoses again which wasn't necessary but very kind. Great service and great work! We will be using them from now on.

No idea how long it was on for but in the end, thousands damaged inc the new wedding dress!!! can you say destroyed!Before i completely lost it, The guys at Spectrum Cleaning made this very, very easy!! Not only did they keep the landlord up to date on what was going on, they kept me in touch also!! fought tooth and nail to make sure the house was safe for my family and I. Fast! Respectable! Honest! I couldnt have asked for better!!

Great company! These guys clearly know what they are doing. Their customer service is excellent and they are top notch when it comes to getting things done. We had an extremely flooded basement and Matt was an absolute wizard at helping us out. His knowledge and acumen played a key role in our basement being rejuvenated.
